The Commercial Property Team at Davies and Partners is pleased to have advised Pro Global on securing new office space at the Royal Liver Building in Liverpool, reinforcing Pro Global’s long-term commitment to the city as a key regional hub and supporting its continued UK growth in its insurance services activities.
Founded in 1993, Pro Global supports major insurers with complex operational, audit, claims and digital transformation requirements and has launched its specialist law firm arm, Pro Legal Solutions, focused on complex insurance litigation. The Grade I-listed Royal Liver Building, completed in 1911, was acquired in July 2025 by Princes Group in a £60 million transaction and hosts leading professional services organisations.
Pro Global’s CEO, Steve Lewis, highlighted Liverpool’s importance to the UK operation, citing access to high-quality talent and a strong professional services market, and confirmed that the Royal Liver Building space reflects confidence in the city and long-term growth plans. Andrew Byrne of CBRE, representing the landlord Princes Group, welcomed Pro Global as the first new letting since the July 2025 acquisition of the Liver Building by Princes Group, noting the strong occupier base including HSBC, Grant Thornton, ITV, Evelyn Partners, Barnett Waddingham and Mott MacDonald.
We congratulate the Pro Global team on this milestone and look forward to seeing their continued growth in Liverpool and it was a pleasure to assist them in the project.
