Medical Negligence Specialist Rachel Bowen achieves reaccreditation once again, to the Law Society Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme

Davies and Partners Solicitor’s medical negligence specialist, Rachel Bowen, is delighted to have once again, achieved reaccreditation to the prestigious Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme.

The Law Society Clinical Negligence Accreditation is a recognised quality standard for practitioners representing claimants in clinical negligence matters. The Law Society’s stringent rules require a formal application for reaccreditation every three years.

Being accredited ensures that clients can identify Rachel as a legal practitioner with proven competency in clinical negligence law and demonstrates that she complies with a best practice quality mark that clients can trust.

Rachel, who is a Legal Director, has worked at the Firm within the Medical Negligence and Personal Injury Departments for 24 years.  She is one of three members of Davies and Partners dedicated medical negligence team to have achieved Law Society Clinical Negligence Accreditation. Rachel is also a member of Action Against Medical Accidents (AvMA) and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

Having been dedicated to working in the medical sector for many years, Rachel has gained extensive experience in all areas of high value claimant actions bringing many successful claims on behalf of her clients and was involved in the high-profile litigation brought against Solihull Breast Surgeon, Ian Paterson, Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust and Spire Healthcare.
