Two of Davies and Partners’ Leading Medical Negligence Specialists Re-accepted into prestigious Headway’s Legal Directory

Lorna Lymer & Tracy Edwards

Two of Davies and Partners’ specialist medical negligence and personal injury lawyers Tracy Edwards and Lorna Lymer have been successfully re-accepted for inclusion in a specialist legal directory for Headway, the brain injury association.

Headway is a national charity which promotes understanding of all aspects of brain injury and provides information, support and services to people with a brain injury, their family and carers.

Davies and Partners has long been recognised for its expertise in brain injury claims, which are often highly complex and require a holistic approach.

Legal Director, Tracy Edwards has been previously listed in the Headway Directory for 10 years. Tracy heads up the Firm’s Birmingham medical negligence and personal injury team and has a wealth of experience, representing clients throughout the UK on a wide range of high value claims involving many types of medical negligence including a specialism in brain injury, cerebral palsy and spinal injury.

Lorna Lymer is a Senior Associate with the Firm. She has been previously listed on the Headway Legal Directory for 10 years. Lorna has considerable experience and expertise in all aspects of medical negligence and serious personal injury claims. She exclusively acts for individuals who have been involved in serious accidents or suffered an injury as a result of some form of clinical negligence.

Each Solicitor listed in the Headway Directory has agreed to work within the Headway Personal Injury Lawyers Code of Conduct. This is to ensure that all legal firms included have the relevant experience in the field of brain injury and that anyone using the Headway Head Injury Solicitors’ Directory to choose a solicitor, can have confidence in the quality and expertise of their chosen firm and its commitment to addressing their needs and circumstances.

All solicitors in the Directory must undergo an annual detailed reassessment to ensure the highest standards are maintained. Tracy and Lorna were both reaccepted this year, having met the Charity’s strict selection criteria and as a result of their extensive experience in handling personal injury and clinical negligence cases relating to brain injury in both children and adults.

Commenting on their selection Tracy Edwards said, “We are delighted to have been approved to be listed within Headway’s specialist Legal Directory once again. Head injury cases are extremely complex and involve many different considerations from all other injury cases. It is therefore vital that people who have suffered head injuries receive expert advice from approved solicitors who will be able to assist them most effectively with their claim.”
