Davies and Partners’ Commercial Property Team is part of the team that has won the Welsh Lease of the Year 2025 – CoStar Impact Award.
Ewan Kilgour, who heads up the Commercial Property department, was acting on behalf of client Robert Hitchins Limited. The lease was with parcel delivery giant Evri for a 82,000-square-foot bespoke industrial unit at Central Park in Bridgend.
The annual CoStar Impact Awards celebrates commercial real estate professionals that have brought leadership and innovation to their markets, by spotlighting commendable transactions and projects in England and Wales.
The Central Park ‘shed’ has already created more than 500 jobs, creating a significant economic and infrastructural boost for the area. Local agents say the letting has not only strengthened Bridgend’s economy, but positions the area to attract further investment in a market constrained by rising development costs.
Winners were chosen for their growth, diversification, and ability to overcome unique challenges in their market and they were selected from an independent panel of more than 630 industry professionals drawn from each respective market.

“Now in their fourth year, the CoStar Impact Awards continue to be an incredible opportunity to recognise the commercial property transactions and projects fundamentally transforming the industry landscape,” said Lisa Ruggles, Senior Vice President, Global Operations at CoStar Group. “We received so many inspiring submissions this year and enlisted a diverse panel of judges across each market to identify the most impactful projects shaping commercial property.
