Alex is a Legal Director and Head of the Firm’s growing Employment Department. He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of Employment Law and is able to give practical legal advice which is easy to understand and to assist a wide range of clients from individuals to large companies.
Having worked as an employment solicitor for over 20 years, Alex has clients in several sectors including care homes, estate agents, accountants and tech companies.
Alex represents employers of all sizes at Employment Tribunal and in the High Court. In addition to appearing on behalf of company directors. He recently successfully defended a discrimination claim brought by an employee at employment tribunal and represented a company director who was being taken to court to enforce the restrictive covenants in his employment contract.
