Her vast expertise and professionalism are coupled with care and understanding for her clients’ needs and she is focused on gaining the deserved compensation for her clients.
Anita acts for people who have suffered injury as a result of medical negligence, including adults, children and the families who have been bereaved as a result of medical negligence and she pursues claims on their behalf against General Practitioners, NHS Trusts and individual Consultants.
Anita undertakes work in all areas of clinical/medical negligence but maintains a particular interest in serious and complex injuries and has, in addition, successfully pursued many unusual cases for clients. Some of Anita’s unusual cases include the delay in diagnosing and treating septic arthritis; the development of a Somatoform Disorder, following a delay in diagnosing and treating a spinal infection; the failure of a primary tendon repair, which resulted in the need for multiple surgeries; and negligent shoulder surgery in a paraplegic patient where there was a failure to take into account the existing disabilities when assessing the risks and benefits of the proposed surgery.
Anita is compassionate, thoughtful and on hand to ease the strain of dealing with all issues surrounding medical negligence claims. Anita’s hard work and commitment to her clients is reflected in the feedback she receives:
“Thank you so much for your help and hard work in achieving this.”
