Approachable, practical and commercially minded, Callum works with his clients to gain a considered understanding of their immediate and long-term business objectives.

Callum advises a wide range of clients including PLC and private housebuilders, corporate and individual landowners, and Strategic Land Promotion Companies.

He assists clients on complex and large-scale residential development projects, including advising in relation to overage and uplift agreements, option agreements, and conditional contracts. Callum’s recent work has involved assisting with a complex land sale, in connection with a large redevelopment project in the Forest of Dean comprising residential and commercial units.

Callum offers his clients detailed knowledge and advice delivered in a clear and concise way, to allow his clients to gain a full understanding of issues surrounding their property transactions.
