Carol is Head of Department for the Residential New Homes Team; she has worked in the legal profession for many years, specialising in purchasing new homes.
Carol gives a thorough, knowledgeable and caring service to her clients, using her expertise of purchasing new build properties.
Advising clients purchasing new build properties from developers all over the country, together with associated sales of properties and part exchanges.
Carol overseas multiple teams in the department, all specialising in advising purchasers of new homes from small bespoke developers, to large corporate developers. Carol has extensive knowledge of the new build process, Help to Buy Scheme and Armed Forces Help to Buy.
Carol’s many years of experience has enabled her to streamline the conveyancing process to enable clients to meet the exchange deadlines set by developers; breaking down the legal jargon, whilst maintaining a personal yet professional relationship with her clients.
