Carrie is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives working as a Chartered Legal Executive within the Residential New Homes department and has built up a wealth of expertise in the sector. She is highly motivated and a conscientious worker, priding herself on the high level of service she offers her clients including her attention to detail.
She has been in the Conveyancing sector for over 15 years and specialises in new build properties and has worked with a range of individuals and businesses locally, regionally and nationally.
Carrie advises all manner of clients (both first-time buyers and buyers that have owned properties previously) through their journey of purchasing a newly built property, including clients that have a related property sale. She has worked with many regional and national developers, estate agents and financial advisors.
She is very approachable and works with clients to provide jargon-free advice and to guide them through the purchase of their new property, explaining all of the steps involved at each stage of the legal process.
Carrie is aware of the strict timeframes imposed by developers and works towards achieving these deadlines, to ensure a smooth transaction for all her clients.
