She specialises in complex probate and trust disputes, including challenges to Wills, claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, removal and substitution of personal representatives, proprietary estoppel and constructive trust claims, executors’ and trustees’ duties, and contested Court of Protection matters including disputes between attorneys.

Emma is also a Court Appointed Deputy, Emma acts for individuals who lack capacity, managing property and financial affairs under orders of the Court of Protection.
