Ewan Lockhart

Ewan specialises predominantly in clinical negligence claims but also advises clients in connection with professional negligence, catastrophic personal injury claims and complex commercial disputes. He has been a Court of Protection Deputy for many years and continues to undertake work within that department.

Ewan has a wealth of expertise, his thorough and knowledgeable approach means that he is well placed to give sound advice to his clients, working with them to achieve their desired objectives. Ewan is a member of the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme, a panel member on the Action Against Medical Accidents (AvMA Referral Panel) and is an assessor for the Law Society’s Clinical Negligence Accreditation Scheme.
