Before qualifying as a solicitor, Max trained at Davies and Partners and had the opportunity to advise a wide range of clients, from national plc’s to private individuals, across many different commercial areas of legal practice, including employment, commercial property and land acquisitions and development.

Now specialising in the Corporate and Commercial department and assisting clients with corporate transactions and commercial matters, Max utilises the experience he has gained across the company to provide clear and practical advice founded on accurate legal analysis and strong commercial awareness
