Nerissa is a senior member of the New Build Homes Sales Department and has a wealth of experience acting for residential developers advising them in connection with a full range of issues related to the sale of newly built residential properties.
Approachable, efficient and offering a proactive approach, Nerissa works with her clients to understand the specific needs of a development site and guides her clients carefully through the legal processes to enable them to achieve their targets and business objectives.
Nerissa has many years experience in the residential development sector and has advised a variety national & regional developers in connection with large-scale developments as well as smaller scale projects for local developers.
Advising her clients in connection with complex site set-up arrangements, drafting site documentation, dealing with Infrastructure Agreements, new build plot sales, part-exchanges and re-sales; Nerissa has developed particular expertise dealing with the sale of freehold reversions and has worked on several multi-million-pound ground rent portfolio sales for national developers.
Nerissa offers her clients the legal advice and support they require to successfully sell all of the newly built properties within their development sites for the success of their business operations.
