Tom Lowe is a Director and sits on the Board of Management. He is the head of the Firm’s New Build Homes Sales Department, acting for a variety of housebuilder clients ranging in size from national PLC’s to small boutique developers, providing luxury homes throughout England and Wales.
Knowledgeable, pragmatic and commercially focussed, Tom offers tailored advice to his housebuilder clients, having built a career in the residential development, land and planning sectors.
Under his leadership, the New Build Homes Sales Department has expanded and is able to offer unparalleled specialist advice to the residential development sector in dealing with all aspects of residential development from straightforward infrastructure transfers and plot sales to regenerative funding, joint venture and consortium developments.
Tom offers his clients an efficient, down to earth and proactive service with a keen focus on the commercial requirements of his developer clients.
