Kirsten Compton
Director/ Head of Commercial Property – Gloucester
Kirsten heads up the Commercial Property team in the Firm’s Gloucester office. As a Director, she sits on the Management Board and is also the Firm’s appointed Training Principal, overseeing the Trainee Solicitor and Solicitor Apprenticeship programmes.
Having qualified as a solicitor in 2005, she has extensive knowledge and expertise advising a wide range of clients within the commercial property sector.
Responsive, commercial and quick to understand the key issues; Kirsten cuts through legal jargon, offering her clients meaningful practical advice and guidance in connection with their particular transaction.
Her key specialisms include sales, purchases, leases and refinancing of commercial buildings; working with a variety of different business sectors including manufacturing, engineering, retail, leisure and hospitality.
Having been involved in a number of high-profile projects in Gloucestershire and the wider region, Kirsten has in-depth knowledge of the commercial property market and is well placed to advise and respond to her clients’ business needs.
