Guy is a consultant solicitor in our London office having previously headed his own firm in the West End. Property transactions, property related litigation and private client work form the bulk of his practice.
He brings over 45 years of experience as a solicitor including 10 years sitting as a deputy district judge in the London county courts and Senior Court Costs Office, to give commercially aware, pragmatic advice.
His clients range from local residents and high-net-worth families and their businesses to companies in the private health care, hospitality, property and media sectors.
He has been involved in the acquisition of several high-value commercial and residential properties in Central London and a number of his property related cases in the High Court and Court of Appeal have been reported in the legal press.
His clients appreciate that his ability to rapidly assimilate complex documentation together with a relentless attention to detail allows him to respond quickly to their very particular needs in the provision of advice that is both tailored and carefully considered.
