Charlotte Ketteringham

Charlotte is commercially focused, approachable, and personable.  She works closely with clients to ensure seamless progress throughout each transaction and provides clear and concise advice to support client’s in achieving their goals.

Charlotte joined Davies and Partners from a national law firm where she gained experience acting for local authorities, NHS bodies and other healthcare and commercial clients across the UK.

She has experience dealing with commercial leases, land acquisitions and disposals, deeds of easements, deeds of variations, licences arrangements, substation leases, wayleave agreements, telecoms leases and other landlord and tenant matters.

Charlotte currently acts on behalf of solar, wind and BESS developers, landowners, land agents, and other commercial clients.  She deals with an array of documentation relevant to sale and purchase agreements, option agreements, options for easements, agreement for leases, commercial leases, deeds of easement, deeds of variation, assignments/ novations. substation leases, and licence arrangements.
